Hi! I’m Sharifa Garcia, the founder and Chief Experience Officer at Our Home Rentals. My career path has taken a few different turns, but I’ve always followed one common thread: improving processes and experiences.

I started out as an engineer, but quickly realized that business was a better fit.  So, I went to business school and earned my MBA. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve built my reputation as one of the best customer experience experts in corporate America.

I started Our Home Rentals with my own oceanfront vacation rental property and discovered my passion for short-term rental hosting in the process.  I look forward to working with you and turning your property into the income generating short term vacation rental of your dreams.
